This event is a USAT Sanctioned event as well as the Vermont Qualifier for the Best of the US Amateur Triathlete Competition. The Lake Dunmore region is a most spectacular and pristine place to swim, bike and run. Novice and advanced triathletes alike marvel the beauty of our courses and enjoy the mountains, lakes and streams of Central Vermont. The swim takes place in warm, calm, crystal clear Lake Dunmore.
