Day-Hiking in the Northern Rockies – Glacier, Waterton, Banff, and Jasper
Sheri Larsen
Saturday, February 20, 7 p.m.
Meeting Hall, Green Mountain Club Visitor Center, Waterbury Center

The northern Rocky Mountains are a spectacular mountain landscape, much of it preserved within Glacier, Waterton, Banff, and Jasper National Parks. This region is known for abrupt mountains, glaciers, and high concentrations of wildlife, including grizzly bears. Sheri and Richard Larsen have hiked the trails of these parks numerous times over the years to experience the scenery, geology, wildflowers, and animal life. Sheri will share stories, pictures, and information on favorite day hikes in the region.
